Welcome to www.prostudiotime.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Pro Studio Time LTD (“we,” “us”). The following terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, whether as a browser or as a client (as the context applies).
1. GENERAL USE OF THE SITE
Eligibility and Approval
1.1 Access to the Site is by invitation only and restricted to professionals who use work or business emails. By using the Site, you agree that access to certain areas of the Site will not be available unless invited and approved by us.
1.2 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse access or subscription to the Site. We may carry out any checks we deem necessary to confirm eligibility.
1.3 Users must be at least 16 years of age to use the Site. If you are under 16, you may only use the Site with a parent or guardian’s involvement. Users must be at least 18 years of age to make any purchase on the Site.
2. BOOKINGS AND ENQUIRIES
2.1 The Site allows users to enquire with multiple studios that meet their requirements. We facilitate the connection between users and studios but do not manage or directly engage in bookings, contracts, or payments.
2.2 When we do not currently have studios that meet a user’s requirements, we reserve the right to intervene manually to find suitable studios or suggest alternatives.
2.3 Pro Studio Time is not a party to any booking contract. The contract between the user and the studio is finalised when both parties agree to each other’s terms.
3. CONTRACT FORMATION
3.1 Pro Studio Time facilitates communication between users and studios. However, we are not responsible for the terms, pricing, or contractual agreements formed between the parties. We may assist in connecting the parties, but all agreements are solely between the user and the studio.
4. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
4.1 Pro Studio Time takes steps to ensure that all studios listed meet professional standards through a strict vetting process. However, we do not accept liability for the quality or outcome of studio sessions. If a user is unsatisfied with a studio, they should notify us, but we will not assume liability for any issues.
4.2 Similarly, we are not liable for outcomes related to manual interventions where we help find suitable studios. We cannot guarantee studio availability or response times and are not liable if no suitable options are available.
5. USER CONTENT AND DATA
5.1 Currently, users cannot submit content, such as reviews or media, on the platform. When this feature is introduced, we will update the Terms accordingly.
5.2 We treat all data shared on the platform as confidential. Information shared between users and studios will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary to assist users and studios in finding suitable options.
6. SUBSCRIPTION AND FEES
6.1 The Site is free for users. Studios pay a 10% commission to Pro Studio Time on any sessions booked through the platform. This commission applies only to studio time and does not include engineers, equipment rentals, or additional services offered by the studio.
6.2 Users wishing to cancel their accounts can do so by contacting us via email, and we will remove them from the platform.
7. MANUAL INTERVENTION
7.1 Users and studios may request our assistance in finding suitable studios when an automatic search does not yield results. We are notified of these instances and may step in to help users connect with studios. However, Pro Studio Time accepts no liability for studio unavailability or failure to respond.
8. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
8.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts based on unprofessional conduct, providing false information, or breaching platform guidelines. Pro Studio Time reserves the right to make this decision at our sole discretion.
9. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 All disputes related to the use of the Site and services will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 In the event of a dispute between a user and a studio, the parties must resolve the issue between themselves. Pro Studio Time facilitates connections but cannot intervene in disputes over session details, pricing, or terms. We will assist where possible, but ultimate responsibility for resolving conflicts lies with the users and studios.
